Hi there. I'm working on a project with similar functionality, but I'm not able to figure out how to get the PHP proxy script you recommended to load Youtube's videos into Flash. I'm using <a href="http://www.abdulqabiz.com/blog/archives/flash_and_actionscript/constructing_youtube_1.php" rel="nofollow">Abdul Qabiz's AS2 example</a> to get the t value. Any help to point me in the right direction is greatly appreciated. ..k..

The proxy script is intended to work around their crossdomain issue and as long as you are able to get the t value, you should be able to play the video. Try running locally first since the crossdomain.xml doesn't affect if you're running the swf locally.
